Cultivator Working Group Members
Cultivator Working Group members demonstrate themselves to be local industry leaders, serve a one-year term, and commitments include engaging in public and private facing communications and assisting with education in and outside the industry, media outreach and engagement, and policymaking in the State House, the Cannabis Cannabis Control, and federal policy. Cultivator Working Group member responsibilities include:
Cultivator Working Group meetings are held at another interval determined by a consensus of members. Working Groups members are expected to attend at least 75% of the Working Groups meetings;
Cultivator Working Group members commit to 2-5 hours each month, including the Working Groups meeting;
Cultivator Working Group members should seek to support collective efforts in good faith as mutually agreed upon, including conducting advocacy with local representatives, cooperating on press strategy, sharing information relevant to collective VGA priorities, and supporting efforts to build coalitions with external stakeholders;
Cultivator Working Group members shall adhere to every policy, clause, and amendment in the Working Group Rules, and the VGA Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Policy;
A business shall sit on one Working Group at a time.

Priority will be given to applications received by November 18, 2024. Interviews will be conducted in person or over video meetings.
